Library Monitor is a product owned by SprintInTech. Subscriptions, plan changes, and payment arrangements for Library Monitor may be governed by Library Monitor product terms and/or separate written agreements with SprintInTech.
Those product terms or agreements — not a generic website refund promise — control how Library Monitor billing and cancellations are handled. Please contact SprintInTech for details relevant to your account or organisation.
